$10 million worth of meth and cocaine found in shipment of cut flowers

Over 10 million price of illicit medication have been seized on the U.S.-Mexico border simply earlier than Christmas. They have been hidden in a cargo of reduce flowers. 

U.S. Customs and Border Safety Workplace of Discipline Operations officers seized the narcotics at the World Commerce Bridge crossing in Laredo, Texas

The seizure occurred on Thursday, Dec. 21 when a CBP officer referred a 2001 Freightliner tractor hauling a utility refrigerated trailer manifesting a cargo of reduce flowers for secondary inspection. Following a canine and non-intrusive inspection, CBP officers found a complete of 164.72 kilos of alleged methamphetamine in powder type, 854.07 kilos of alleged methamphetamine in crystal type, and 165.34 kilos of alleged cocaine inside the commodity. 

The narcotics mixed had a road worth of $10,298,520, in accordance with a press release from the CBP.
